The primary focus of T.W.O.'s Community Office is to empower the community by assisting in organizing the people around issues that affect their lives.
The Community Office staff is comprised of community organizers who plan and organize rallies, protests and community events. One of the community office's main objectives is to assist the community in organizing block clubs. Organizers provide block clubs with meeting places, as well as information on how to charter and structure themselves. In addition, organizers assist block clubs in receiving services from the city.
On a day to day basis, organizers are working to establish a block club on every block in Woodlawn.
